“At the conclusion of the study required under subsection (a), the National Academies shall submit to the Secretary, the Committee on Veterans' Affairs of the Senate, and the Committee on Veterans' Affairs of the House of Representatives a report containing the results of the study described in subsection (b).”
Subsection (c). The report goes to three recipients at once, and it is owed at the conclusion of the study. The section fixes no date for that conclusion.
