“in subsection (f)(1)-- (A) in subparagraph (D) by striking ``Fourth'' and inserting ``Second''; (B) by striking subparagraphs (B) and (C); and (C) by redesignating subparagraph (D) as subparagraph (B).”
The second change to section 589a of title 28, United States Code. This Act renames the ordinal in subparagraph (D) from Fourth to Second, strikes subparagraphs (B) and (C), and moves what was subparagraph (D) up to be subparagraph (B). The Act does not set out what any of those subparagraphs said, and section 589a is not indexed here.
