The construction account of the civil works program of the Corps of Engineers, which builds authorized river and harbor, flood and storm damage reduction, shore protection and aquatic ecosystem restoration projects. Of the total, $217,983,000 comes from the Harbor Maintenance Trust Fund for dredged material disposal facilities, and 25 percent of the cost of inland waterways work comes from the Inland Waterways Trust Fund.
