Three January 14, 2026 statements govern divisions E, F and G
What the document says“printed in the House section of the Congressional Record on January 14, 2026, and submitted by the chair of the Committee on Appropriations of the House, shall each have the same effect with respect to the allocation of funds and implementation of divisions E, F, and G, respectively, of this Act as if they were each a joint explanatory statement of a committee of conference”
Section 4 also names the explanatory statements for divisions A, B and C of H.R. 7006 of the 119th Congress, printed in the Congressional Record on January 14, 2026, and gives each the effect of a joint explanatory statement for divisions E, F and G of this Act in turn.
