Section 6302 amends section 513 of the Social Security Act. It moves the funding years and the short period in subsection (a)(1) forward by about a year, changes 2026 to 2027 in subsection (c)(3), and makes the matching change in subsection (f) so the pro rata portion is figured from the fiscal year 2026 appropriation.
