Section 6303 amends section 501(c)(1)(A) of the Social Security Act. Clause (viii) is changed from fiscal year 2025 to each of fiscal years 2025 and 2026. Clause (ix) is changed so the short period runs from October 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 and the pro rata portion is figured from the fiscal year 2026 appropriation.
