What the document says“``(F) $159,228,188 for fiscal year 2025, to remain available until expended;”
Subsection (b) of section 6402 replaces subparagraphs (E) through (H) of section 330C(c)(2) of the Public Health Service Act with the same figures: $200,000,000 for fiscal year 2026 and $50,410,959 for the period from October 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, each to remain available until expended, with the 2024 and 2025 figures restated.
What the document actually says“``(F) $159,228,188 for fiscal year 2025, to remain available until expended;”
For fiscal year 2025 the sum is $159,228,188. It may be held until it is spent.
This program serves Native people in the states and in Alaska. Diabetes is more common in those groups. The sums match the other program.
