Subsection (b) of section 6202 makes matching changes in section 1886(b)(3)(D) of the Social Security Act and in section 13501(e)(2) of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993, moving the same periods forward by about one year. The heading of the second amendment names permitting hospitals to decline reclassification.
