The permanent price support laws are suspended for the 2026 crops

Subsection (c) suspends subsections (a) and (b) of section 1602 of the Agricultural Act of 2014 for the 2026 crops and for milk through the end of 2026, and suspends section 1602(c) for wheat planted for harvest in calendar year 2026. It also amends the dairy forward pricing program in the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 by striking 2028 and inserting 2029.

These old price rules do not apply to the 2026 crops. They do not apply to milk until the end of 2026.
