What the document says“in paragraph (12)(A), by striking "October 1, 2025" and inserting "January 31, 2026"; and (2) in paragraph (13), by striking "October 1, 2025" each place it appears and inserting "January 31, 2026" in each such place.”
The section amends section 1834(l) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395m(l)) in two paragraphs, moving the end of the ambulance add-on payments.
What the document actually says“in paragraph (12)(A), by striking "October 1, 2025" and inserting "January 31, 2026"; and (2) in paragraph (13), by striking "October 1, 2025" each place it appears and inserting "January 31, 2026" in each such place.”
The same old date is taken out in two places. The same later date goes in each time.
