Audio-only telehealth continues to January 30, 2026

Subsection (e) carries forward the rule that lets some care be given by sound alone. Subsection (f) does the same for using telehealth for the face to face visit before hospice care is recertified, and subsection (g) lets the Secretary put the changes in place by program instruction.
