“Section 3733(a)(8) of title 38, United States Code, is amended-- (1) in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking "September 30, 2025" and inserting "September 30, 2026"; and (2) in subparagraph (C), by striking "September 30, 2025" and inserting "September 30, 2026".”
