Clause (ii) of the amendment to paragraph (1) of subsection (b). It strikes the words "option of receiving" and everything following them to the end of the paragraph, and inserts in their place the words quoted here together with the two subparagraphs recorded below. The inserted words place the option before the agricultural producer carries out the repair, replacement, or restoration. The two subparagraphs then set the share of the cost each kind of work draws.
