It lists sections 1 through 3, then three divisions: division A, the Full-Year Continuing Appropriations Act, 2025, carrying thirteen titles named for the annual appropriations bills; division B, Health, carrying sections 2101 through 2401 in four titles; and division C, Other Matters, carrying sections 3101 through 3106. Division A's own sections are listed by title only, without section numbers.
