Section 11001 sets two Senate accounts, section 11002 four House of Representatives accounts including $850,000,000 for Members' Representational Allowances, and section 11003 seven joint items including $4,292,000 for the Office of the Attending Physician and five Architect of the Capitol accounts. Of the Capitol Police amount, $15,000,000 is solely for tuition reimbursement and recruitment and retention focused salary items.
