The requirements and limits of the 2024 Acts continue through the date in section 1106
What the document says“Except as otherwise expressly provided in this division, the requirements, authorities, conditions, limitations, and other provisions of the appropriations Acts referred to in section 1101 shall continue in effect through the date specified in section 1106.”
Section 1105 carries forward not just the money but the whole body of conditions attached to it, unless division A says otherwise.
