Section 1110 carries forward the budget designations attached to money brought in by reference. Amounts previously designated an emergency requirement or disaster relief under the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 are designated the same way again. Subsection (c) does the same for amounts designated under three earlier Public Laws.
