Five military construction provisions of the 2024 Act are changed or turned off

Section 11104 applies section 126 with a fourth fiscal year added. Section 11105 turns off thirteen sections for fiscal year 2025. Section 11106 lifts a restriction so that prior year Military Construction, Army balances may be used for an access road project at Arlington National Cemetery. Section 11107 pays $31,000,000 to the Armed Forces Retirement Home Trust Fund for the Sheridan Building renovation. Section 11108 turns off a list of provisos under nine construction headings.
