“the Office of Management and Budget shall submit to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate a report on all obligations incurred in fiscal year 2025, by each department and agency, using funds made available by this division.”
Section 1114 requires a report not later than May 15, 2025 and each month after that through November 1, 2025. It must set out obligations by account and compare them to the obligations incurred in the same period of fiscal year 2024.
