What the document says

“``Other Commissions--Commission on Reform and Modernization of the Department of State'', $0”

Making further continuing appropriations and other extensions for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, and for other purposes, Sec. 3

Section 11201 moves two Millennium Challenge Corporation dates to December 31, 2025. Section 11202 inserts 'up to' before a figure for the Office of Inspector General. Section 11203 changes two International Boundary and Water Commission construction figures. Section 11204 sets four levels, including $1,234,144,000 for international peacekeeping. Section 11205 turns off three provisions. Section 11206 makes four substitutions, one carrying an emergency designation. Section 11207 changes two figures and replaces a subsection with one rescinding $111,000,000 of debt restructuring balances.

What the document actually says

“``Other Commissions--Commission on Reform and Modernization of the Department of State'', $0”

Making further continuing appropriations and other extensions for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, and for other purposes, Sec. 3
That sentence, in plain words

One commission is set at zero. It gets no money at all.

What this is about

The panel was to study how the State Department works. Congress gave it nothing this year. Three other accounts here do get money.

How to Read This Page

The quotation is the document's own words, exactly as printed, and we check the page number against the Act itself before publishing. The paragraph underneath is our summary, not the document's words. So is the plain English version, which is why it sits beside the quotation rather than replacing it.
