Section 11208 amends sections 599D and 599E of Public Law 101-167, moving 2024 to 2025, moves 2024 to 2025 in a heading of section 602(b)(3) of the Afghan Allies Protection Act of 2009 (8 U.S.C. 1101 note), moves two dates for loan guarantees to Israel from September 30, 2029 to September 30, 2030 in Public Law 108-11, and amends section 514(b)(2)(A) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2321h(b)(2)(A)) to read 2023 through 2027.
