Section 11302(a) sets seven Highway Trust Fund limitation accounts equal to the contract authority in sections 11102, 11104, 11106, 23001, 24101, 24201 and 30017 of Public Law 117-58 for fiscal year 2025. Subsection (b) sets the Grants-in-Aid for Airports limitation equal to the contract authority in section 101(a) of Public Law 118-63.
