Section 11304 turns off a paragraph under the Grants-in-Aid for Airports heading and provisos under three Maritime Administration headings. Section 11305 allows the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to repurpose Homeless Assistance Grants funds from paragraph (5) to the continuum of care program under paragraph (2).
