Defense accounts across seven titles are set to named levels

Sections 1401 through 1408 set levels account by account rather than carrying forward the fiscal year 2024 figures. Section 1401 covers eleven military personnel accounts, section 1402 twenty-two operation and maintenance accounts, section 1403 eighteen procurement accounts, section 1405 six research and development accounts, section 1406 Revolving and Management Funds at $1,840,550,000, section 1407 four accounts including the Defense Health Program at $40,395,072,000, and section 1408 the Intelligence Community Management Account at $629,128,000.
