“Section 10609(a) of the Northwestern New Mexico Rural Water Projects Act (subtitle B of title X of Public Law 111-11) shall be applied by substituting ``$1,640,000,000'' for ``$870,000,000'' and ``2025'' for ``2024''.”

Section 1505 turns off section 301(d) of division D of Public Law 118-42 for three atomic energy headings. Section 1506 raises a figure in the Northwestern New Mexico Rural Water Projects Act and moves its year. Section 1507 directs prior year funds to the Sites Reservoir Project and to seven named water reuse projects. Section 1508 allows Naval Reactors money for the Naval Examination Acquisition Project. Section 1509 allows Weapons Activities money for five named efforts.
