Section 1702 amends section 11223(b)(2) of the Don Young Coast Guard Authorization Act of 2022 (division K of Public Law 117-263). Section 1703 turns off section 517 of title 10, United States Code for the Coast Guard during the period covered by the Act. Section 1704 applies the Secret Service Operations and Support heading with $35,000,000 in place of $24,000,000 and 2024 in place of 2023. Section 1705 gives section 227 of the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2024 no force or effect for fiscal year 2025.
