Historic preservation balances stay available, and a 2014 provision moves to 2025

Section 1808 keeps disaster relief funds provided for the Historic Preservation Fund in Public Law 115-123 available through fiscal year 2026 to pay off obligations made in 2018 and 2019, keeps their emergency designation, and applies as if in effect on September 30, 2024. Section 1809 applies section 113 of division G of Public Law 113-76 with 2025 in place of 2024.
