Section 1906 requires the Secretary of Health and Human Services to transfer fiscal year 2025 prevention fund money within 30 days as section 222 of division D of Public Law 118-47 specifies. Section 1907 moves a year in section 223 from 2026 to 2027. Section 1908 lowers six account figures, each with a matching amount set to $0. Section 1909 moves a year in section 306 from 2024 to 2026. Sections 1910 and 1911 change two further figures.
