“Section 501(c)(1)(A)(viii) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 701(c)(1)(A)(viii)) is amended by striking ``$3,000,000 for the portion of fiscal year 2025 before April 1, 2025.'' and inserting ``$6,000,000 for fiscal year 2025''.”
The section amends section 501(c)(1)(A)(viii) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 701(c)(1)(A)(viii)), doubling the amount and stretching the period it covers from the part of fiscal year 2025 before April 1, 2025 to the whole of that year.
