Subsection (a) amends section 330B(b)(2) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 254c-2(b)(2)) by adding a new subparagraph (G) carrying $79,832,215 for the period beginning April 1, 2025 and ending September 30, 2025, to remain available until expended.
