What the document says

“This Act may be cited as the "Investing in All of America Act of 2025".”

To amend the Small Business Investment Act of 1958 to exclude from the limit on leverage certain amounts invested in smaller enterprises located in rural or low-income areas and small businesses in critical technology areas, and for other purposes, Sec. 1

The Act names itself the Investing in All of America Act of 2025. The section carries no other provision. The Act was approved on May 19, 2026, and the year in the short title is the year of the bill, not the year of enactment.

What the document actually says

“This Act may be cited as the "Investing in All of America Act of 2025".”

To amend the Small Business Investment Act of 1958 to exclude from the limit on leverage certain amounts invested in smaller enterprises located in rural or low-income areas and small businesses in critical technology areas, and for other purposes, Sec. 1
That sentence, in plain words

This law has a short name. The name is the Investing in All of America Act of 2025.

What this is about

No action is recorded against this proposal. That is not evidence that none has been taken, and nobody has yet read it against the record. See what the tracker does not yet cover.

What This Page Covers, and What It Leaves Out

The naming provision, which is the whole of the section.

Nothing. The section contains only the short title. The approval line and the legislative history the Government Publishing Office prints after the last section are held out of the indexed text.

The section says what the Act may be called. It does not say what the Act does.
