The Secretaries must submit a report describing their progress toward meeting the Act's requirements, within one year of enactment and annually after that through March 30, 2034. It goes to five committees: in the House, Natural Resources, Energy and Commerce, and Agriculture; in the Senate, Energy and Natural Resources, and Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry.
