The section sets the amount for fiscal year 2025 at the greater of $100 or such amount as the Secretary or the Attorney General sets by rule, and from fiscal year 2026 raises it each year by the rise in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers for the July before the change, rounded to the next lowest multiple of $10.
