The section credits half the fees from applications filed with the Attorney General to the Executive Office for Immigration Review, to be kept and spent without further appropriation, and half the fees from applications filed with the Secretary to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, deposited into the Immigration Examinations Fee Account and likewise kept and spent. Anything not so credited goes into the general fund of the Treasury.

That half goes to the immigration courts. The other agency keeps half of its own. The rest goes to the Treasury.
