Applying for special immigrant juvenile status carries a fee

The section requires the Secretary, on top of any other fee, to charge a fee to any alien, or the parent or legal guardian of an alien, applying for special immigrant juvenile status under section 101(a)(27)(J) of the Immigration and Nationality Act.

A fee must be paid on such a claim. The person applying may pay it.
