The section strikes 2023 and inserts 2031 in section 1205(a)(2)(B) of the Agricultural Act of 2014, in subsections (a) and (d) of section 1206 of that Act (7 U.S.C. 9036), and in subsections (a)(2), (b) and (c) of section 1209 of that Act (7 U.S.C. 9039).
