Production history is the best single year of 2021, 2022 or 2023

The section strikes subsections (a) and (b) of section 1405 of the Agricultural Act of 2014 (7 U.S.C. 9055) and inserts a new subsection (a) setting the production history at the highest annual milk marketings in any one of the 2021, 2022 or 2023 calendar years, except as provided in subsection (b). It also strikes words from the definition in section 1401(8) of that Act (7 U.S.C. 9051(8)).
