The section strikes subparagraphs (A) through (F) of paragraph (2) of section 1241(a) of the Food Security Act of 1985 (16 U.S.C. 3841(a)) and inserts $625,000,000 for fiscal year 2026, $650,000,000 for 2027, $675,000,000 for 2028, and $700,000,000 for each of 2029, 2030 and 2031.
