The section replaces two more schedules in paragraph (3) of section 1241(a) of the Food Security Act of 1985. The first runs $2,655,000,000 for fiscal year 2026, $2,855,000,000 for 2027 and $3,255,000,000 for each of 2028 through 2031. The second runs $1,300,000,000 for fiscal year 2026, $1,325,000,000 for 2027, $1,350,000,000 for 2028 and $1,375,000,000 for each of 2029 through 2031.
