The grassroots source water protection program gets $1,000,000 a year

The section amends section 1240O(b) of the Food Security Act of 1985 (16 U.S.C. 3839bb-2(b)) by striking 2023 and inserting 2031 in paragraph (1), and by adding a new subparagraph (C) to paragraph (3) providing $1,000,000 beginning in fiscal year 2026, to remain available until expended.
