A research facilities grant program gets $125,000,000 a year from fiscal year 2026

The section adds a new subsection (e) to section 6 of the Research Facilities Act (7 U.S.C. 390d) directing $125,000,000 of Commodity Credit Corporation funds to the competitive grant program under section 4 of that Act for fiscal year 2026 and each fiscal year after, subject to subsections (b), (c) and (d), and inserts a cross reference to the new subsection in subsection (c).
