Specialty crop block grants rise to $100,000,000 for fiscal year 2026

The section amends section 101(l)(1) of the Specialty Crops Competitiveness Act of 2004 (7 U.S.C. 1621 note; Public Law 108-465) by inserting a new subparagraph (E) providing $85,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2018 through 2025, and by striking the older figure of $85,000,000 for fiscal year 2018 in the redesignated subparagraph (F) and inserting $100,000,000 for fiscal year 2026.
