The section adds a new subparagraph (C) to section 10409A(d)(1) of the Animal Health Protection Act (7 U.S.C. 8308a(d)(1)) directing $233,000,000 of Commodity Credit Corporation funds for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030, of which at least $10,000,000 a year goes to subsection (a), at least $70,000,000 a year to subsection (b), and at least $153,000,000 a year to subsection (c). It also closes the older funding run at fiscal year 2025.
