The section appropriates sixteen sums to the Secretary of Defense for fiscal year 2025, available through September 30, 2029: $230,480,000 for Marine Corps Barracks 2030 restoration and modernization; $119,000,000 for Marine Corps base operating support; $1,000,000,000 for military unaccompanied housing across the Army, Navy, Air Force and Space Force; $2,000,000,000 for the Defense Health Program; $2,900,000,000 to supplement the basic allowance for housing; $50,000,000 for bonuses, special pays and incentive pays; $10,000,000 for the Online Academic Skills Course program; $100,000,000 for tuition assistance; $100,000,000 for child care fee assistance; $590,000,000 to raise the Temporary Lodging Expense Allowance to 21 days; $100,000,000 for Impact Aid payments to local educational agencies; $10,000,000 for military spouse professional licensure; $6,000,000 for Armed Forces Retirement Home facilities; $100,000,000 for the Defense Community Infrastructure Program; $100,000,000 for casualty care research at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency; and $62,000,000 for child care center staffing.
