The privatized unaccompanied housing authority is broadened and runs to 2029

The section amends section 2881a of title 10, United States Code by replacing its heading, by replacing Secretary of the Navy with Secretary concerned each place it appears, by replacing references to pilot projects with references to the section itself, by replacing the limit of three pilot projects with authority to contract with appropriate private sector entities, by replacing privatized housing with privatized housing units in subsection (c), by redesignating subsection (f) as subsection (e), and by replacing the date September 30, 2009 with September 30, 2029.

One date is taken out of an older law. It was September 30, 2009. The new date is September 30, 2029.
The section also drops a limit of three trial projects. It opens the power to every service, not just the Navy. That older law is not indexed here.
