The section appropriates twelve sums to the Secretary of Defense for fiscal year 2025, available through September 30, 2029: $2,500,000,000 for risk reduction in the Sentinel intercontinental ballistic missile program; $4,500,000,000 for B-21 bomber production capacity; $500,000,000 for the Minuteman III system; $100,000,000 for reentry vehicle enhancements; $148,000,000 for D5 missile motor production; $400,000,000 for Trident D5LE2 submarine-launched ballistic missiles; $2,000,000,000 for the nuclear-armed sea-launched cruise missile; $62,000,000 to convert Ohio-class submarine tubes, which may not be obligated before March 1, 2026; $168,000,000 for the Survivable Airborne Operations Center; $65,000,000 for nuclear command, control and communications; $210,300,000 for MH-139 helicopters; and $150,000,000 for nuclear weapons delivery programs.
