The section appropriates nine sums to the Administrator of the National Nuclear Security Administration for fiscal year 2025, available through September 30, 2029: $200,000,000 for Phase 1 studies; $540,000,000 for deferred maintenance and repair; $1,000,000,000 to speed construction of facilities; $400,000,000 for the warhead for the nuclear-armed sea-launched cruise missile; $750,000,000 each for primary and secondary capability modernization; $120,000,000 for domestic uranium enrichment centrifuge deployment for defense purposes; $10,000,000 to evaluate spent fuel reprocessing technology; and $115,000,000 for nuclear national security missions through artificial intelligence. The first seven are made under section 3211 of the National Nuclear Security Administration Act (50 U.S.C. 2401).
