The section provides $4,379,000,000 for shore facilities, of which $425,000,000 goes to the enlisted boot camp barracks, a multi-use training center and related facilities; $500,000,000 to construction, improvement and dredging at the Coast Guard Yard and to buying a floating drydock there; no more than $2,729,500,000 to homeports and hangars for the cutters and aircraft bought under the earlier items; and $300,000,000 to homeporting the polar icebreaker commissioned into service in 2025.
