A three year audit of family coverage is required

The section requires the Director, during the three year period beginning one year after enactment, to carry out a full audit of family members covered under an enrollment, reviewing marriage certificates, birth certificates and other documents needed to decide eligibility. Any fraud risk assessment for the Program made on or after enactment must also assess people enrolled or covered who are not eligible.
