“An entity receiving a grant under this section may use not more than 5 percent of the funds for providing transportation for individuals to participate in an activity supported by a grant under this section”
The section adds paragraph (2) to section 7183(g) of the SUPPORT for Patients and Communities Act, allowing up to 5 percent of a grant to pay for transportation to or from a place of work, a place where the person gets job training, or a place where the person gets services tied to treatment or recovery.
